If you read the top of the page where the outland time lines are listed closely, you'll see these time lines are what it took the CIC to go through 80% of applications between July of last year and June of this year. This means that a substantial % of applications are processed faster - some much faster.tommytee said:Yes, I am considering an outland process as well. For me, it's all about being able to keep working in the job I find (assuming I like it of course), and being able to give my employer the security that he doesn't have to worry about me not able to keep working for him.
