Need your support and guidance on my case.
My wife will be completing her course in September 2024 and post which she will be eligible for PGWP (3 years). Based on this I will be eligible for dependent Work Permit for 3 years.
Since i am a full time working employee, and my work permit will expire in September 2024, until my wife's PGWP is not allocated. During this process, I will have to take leave without pay.
Wanted to confirm, if this process will work or not. Applying for Student extension and renewing the work-permit accordingly.
Later apply the PGWP post September, this will not affect my work permit validity and will allow me to work. Is this feasible ?
If not what is the quickest process?
