WORK PERMIT DELAYED !!!!!

I was an intl std and graduated on April 2012..then I applied for the work permit on 15th July whereas my Study Permit expired on 30th of july 2017. So now its been 4 months I didnt get any decesions....After two months they requated a documents of my older transcripts which I provided that very day. After that I didnt received any response from CIC. I am really worried at this time...Anyone out there experienced the same or have any idea what can I do at this pont.
