    Normal Time has passed...PLease any Suggestion!!!

    Hi I live in CAnada on Work Permit. After My VISA is approved I send my passport to OTTAWA thru UPS and its been now 2 weeks I didnt receive my passport. Usually It doesnt take this long. What should I do now any suggestion?...The passport was received on 7th dec 2018. I am really worried now
