Work Permit at port of entry

Hi,

I am from a TRV exempt country and planning to get WP at port of entry in Canada. Recently my US H1 visa was denied with reason 214b (no strong ties to home country). I have the below queries:

1. Does this US H1 denial impact my entry into Canada at the port? Do I need to prove my ties to home country at the port? How?
2. What is the current processing time for an Accelarated LMO?
3. Can my spouse also get an Open Work Permit at the port of entry?
4. Documents required at port of entry? Do they give multiple entry visa at the port for the duration of my LMO?
