Any one please please give me a good advise about this topic
will really thankfull

I am on restoration and I applied for my new work-permit with restoration of my status but it is still not in process and I like to know that I have a all proper documentation ( pnp + job offer letter and everything) but I dont have a valid status in canada Just I can wait in canada for 90 day because I am on restoration So I would LIKE to know that can I go to port of country ( us /canada border ) and apply for my new work-permit.
I AM REALLY waiting for your ansewer guys .iTS REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT FOR ME.

if you are in the process of a work permit application, wouldn't that satisfy implied status? if so you can bring copy of your receipt for the application and proof (i.e. screenshots) of your current work permit application. this may help.
