Work permit as protected person pending PR

Hello there, I tried online to apply for the renewal of our OWP we are a protected person, but it’s not showing anything to upload any paperwork’s it only says (Important: This information is for reference only and no immigration decision will be made based on your answers. If you choose to apply, your application will be considered by an immigration officer in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, without regard to any outcome you attain through this questionnaire. Read the full notice) please anyone experiencing this kind of situation any advice. Thank you

If you’re a protected person you have to apply as a protected person. You’ll still click refugee claimant and on the next page select ‘ I have been found to be a convention refugee’ Also go back over your imm 5710 and check the expiry dates you put there, if your passport has expired, put the expiry date on your brown paper there and try again.

I have a copy of my passport, but it expired in 2023. When I enter this expiry date in the IMM5710e form, it does not validate and indicates that the expiry date must be later than today's date. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Thank you for the reply. Should the issue and expiry dates match those on the brown paper, or should I use the issue date from my passport and the expiry date from the brown paper?

I'm encountering an issue while trying to upload the IMM5710E form to my application. The error message states:

"Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form."

I selected my status as a protected person, and the issue and expiry date fields for this option are greyed out, indicating that there is no need to fill them. I have verified that my answer to this question in my account matches this selection. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?
