Its hard to know what they will ask you as every case is different. When you arrive you tell the first officer what you and each of your family members are here for, they will send you to a different border services officer each time who basically checks your receipt and sends you to the next officer until you reach the final officer who issues your permits. In my case he basically asked me for my POE Letter and Job Contract. He then printed our work permit certificates (letter size) and stamped our passports with the expiry date of our work permits. (Same date for kids on visitor visas).
Based on CIC's website, you should pretty much bring your Passport, POE, Resume, Prood of meeting Job Requirements, Job Contract or Offer, Proof of Funds, Proof of Health Insurance, and any other documentation to support your case. They may not ask for most of these but best to take with you to be safe.
Also, please ensure you submit your ArriveCan Profiles, and I encourage you to submit the Advance CBSA Declaration, saves you at least 15 mins at the Kiosk. (I submitted them both).
Thank you very much for this information.
I am traveling with wife and 3 kids under 18 , do we need to have the Arivecan app individually installed on everyone devices? Or just one.

You are most welcome Destination1! I dont think you need individual profiles. In the ArriveCan app, there is a Travelers section/tab where you add each individual, their passport and vaccination details, after which when filling out the forms you can specify for all or each traveler. There were only 3 of us so I am not sure if there are limitations on the number of travelers you can add but you can test and advise. Also, only submit ArriveCan and CBSA Declaration within 72 hours of your expected arrival in Canada.

Great,
Can you please let me know about the other supporting documents please? What questions were asked by immigration officer?
Did you received paper work permit or they stamped on your passport at airport?
Waiting time with immigration officer please?
Or any other useful information if you can share. Thanks
@Destination1, sorry, I didnt noticed you asked til just now: "Waiting time with immigration officer please?" In my experience its around 2 hours, passing from officer to officer, joining each line and then waiting on the actual work permit. This also varies based on the number of people in line or passing through the airport.
Its better to have a long layover in Toronto, if you have a connecting flight. If your layover is less than 3 - 4 hours, you risk missing your flight.

Guys, do I have a chance here....

I received medical request on 8 May and I did my medical on 27. But the panel physician delayed with uploading my results to IRCC. According to my agent I had a refusal letter on 5th June because I failed to submit my medicals and on 6th June the Panel physician sent my results to IRCC. AOR for medicals was on 9th June and it was a pass.

However, my agent has requested for reconsideration already with full evidence regarding my medicals.

A week later the status of my application has changed from Refusal to FINAL DECISION- YOUR APPLICATION IS IN PROGRESS. WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE ONCE THE DECISION ON YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE. AND ALSO IVE RECEIVED VALIDITY OF BIOMETRICS LETTER ON 14TH JUNE.

GUYS IS THIS A GOOD SIGN; PLEASE ADVICE. THANK YOU
