i am in india right now,i got my work permit for 3 years ,one of my friend who is coming to india got me the physical copy also ,i need to apply for visa now

my stay in india has exceeded 3 months ,is there any problem at the immigration when i go back??

is there a possibility i can apply visa from india??

can someone help me with this situation?
