Thanks Raj. The thing is i still submitted my police clearances from Local city here in USA and from Philippines which are very recent. But, I did not have my medical done here in USA. My latest Medical is 8 months old which was perfect. I found a Physician here from CIC panel list. Which is not that far. But, my concern is the time. If i do not get Visa in April I am screwed. I applied on Jan 16,2014. Thanks again.

They processed the applications submitted in October (21st and 31st got approved). Either they are processing applications quickly or there might not be many applications submitted in October. In any case quick processing of our applications is a good news.

I am so tense.... per my consultant, October 20 is the actual date she filed my application online. I still have not heard anything from my consultant. I emailed her several times and she is not responding. I am hesitant to email CIC-NYC again. They might get irritated with my inquiries already :'(
I do not believe that processing without LMO are given priority compared to ones with LMO. It is happening all at the same time. We shall know when an applicant from November confirms approval from New York. I hope they can finish November within February. Can they?

i applied with LMO to NYC on Nov 27, 2013 and still waiting
it seems as if there are different queues for applications with LMO and without LMO - who knows

Today I recd.the magic email asking to submit original passport.
here is the timeline.
Oct 18th applied online.
Approval recd. 10th feb.
Sending passport on 12th feb.
My son has not got the request for passport so need to check with attorney and send his passport.

Passports request on Feb 11th.
