Work Permit Applications at NYC for 2013

I got an approval letter yesterday (Septemeber 10) I applied for work permit with LMO in person last July 12. It took less than 60 business days. Now waiting for a go signal to pick up my passport with visa

Are you going to pick up your passport in person at VAC?
I plan to visit the US as visitor (visa waiver) from Canada and visit VAC and submit my application in person.
Do you think/know there are something difference the process time between an applicant who is in the US as worker and who is a visitor?

i applied 'paper based from Outside Canada' was told today that they're processing April 19th applications.

In one week two days they have completed only two days application..

What is your status in the U.S. and Canada when you applied ONLINE? Based on my understanding from your posts (correct me if I'm wrong), you submitted an ONLINE application while in the U.S. Then went back to Canada and got an approval of your WP. Aside from the standard documents, what additional documents did you provide as to the proof of your status in Canada and U.S. for your ONLINE application to be processed in NYC?

Your input will be very helpful....if you could also let us know your timeline, i.e. when you lodge your application, how long did you have to stay in the U.S. before travelling back to Canada.

I applied paper based from Inside Canada , on 15. April , and still nothing! I am getting nervous!

applied, Online, Intra Company Transfer, outside Canada, last week of July... here is the response for my query

All applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. An exact schedule of completion is not available at this time as our processing time is a minimum of (30) thirty days. Please be advised that as of today, we are processing files received on May 11, 2013.

I applied for ICT , online on July 23rd. The latest information i got on Monday september 16th was that they are processing applications as of may 15th, 2013.
