No one can answer this because it is a very complex process. In addition to security checks, it involves several stakeholders to verify the information and documents provided by application.
I applied in April 2021. Today I received an email from VO that they are currently conducting certain background investigations.
Did you receive the work permit already.. I see singapore timelines are now 23 weeks
