work permit application through representative

HI, we used representative to fill up application form for work permit. So we sent representative form with our application. Does any one have idea CIC will send any correspondence email to representative or direct to our email address.

If the correspondence email or phone is given for the representative in the filled up IMM1295 form (work permit application form), then they will call the representative.

Normally the representatives put their information for any source of correspondence.

thanks for your advice. on 1295 representative put my email address, but we also filled up representative form imm5476 where cic can find representativ mail address & email address. so do cic follow imm1295 to send email or representative form imm5476. pls advise

I think CIC follows 1295 because my representative changed my details to his in 1295 since he wanted CIC to contact him.

I have a question. Since you mentioned that currently CIC is processing July 14 applications, I want to know if that takes into account online applications for someone staying abroad.

I have applied online through a representative. But currently I am in India. So does that mean that my application will be processed shortly. My online application was submitted on 26th July.

I would appreciate your reply on this.

hi You mean you never been in Canada ?if you legally resident in Canada and wish to apply new work permit with different employer or work permit extend with same employer this timeline apply. Which category you eligible? Make your case more clear.

Currently I am in India and applied my work permit online through representative. Infact he applied on my behalf from Canada. This is for a new job I got in Canada. Currently I am working in India.

Earlier I was working in Canada in 2011 for a different employer.

Can You Explain In bit Detail ABout Ur Case .
The Representative Iam Using Is From Canada & They Applied ON My Behalf.For Work Permit In Brasil.

Yes But The Problem Is I did Sent Mails & Called The Consulate In Brasil But There Is No Response.
Did You Have Any Reply From The COnsulate Regarding Your Case.
