Work Permit Application Submitted 3 Months ago, Still no Medical Request!

I submitted my application for Work Permit online 3 months ago. Processing time was estimated at 12 weeks. I got bio-metric request same day and completed it the next day. Up till now there's been no update in my status or application. Most people receive Medical Request within a month of applying but it's been 3 months and still nothing! What could be wrong? Has anyone experienced this before?
If my application is going to be denied, I think it should have been done sooner. What should I do? I am really concerned.

Did you do the medicals upfront? In that case, sometimes they don't request.

No! I forgot to do an upfront medical. I need a feedback, positive or negative, it doesn't matter now.

Theres something wrong Then .. Email a CSE .. Are you under international agreement ? Which visa office ? Are you in Canada Or outside ?
