Yes, that will be your first step. UAE changed the processing time again, now its 19 weeks as of 18-Jun-2019

I'm on my 19th week of processing now and it's 6 weeks for Russia as a regular 80 % cases time. Yestarday they asked me to provide the travel information within 5 years. I wonder why didn't they require it in the most beginning 4 month ago.

Wow, that's insane. Russia now shows 7 weeks processing. Yours is way past the processing time. I hope we get updates soon.
