Yes I did,
So for GTS there are three important documents to make your case

1 - Employment References (This should be one pdf containing all the experience letters from your past employers)
2 - Employment Records (One pdf, containing all the proof for your past work experience like contracts, pay slips, tax certificates including experience letter)
3 - Education and Employment Reference (Experience Letters, Degrees and Transcripts)

and then there is Client Information, which should be a letter directly addresses to case officer explaining why you are good fit for the job and why you won't over stay your visa

I have two questions:
1.) My previous employers didn't provide me any reference letter and they never issue any reference letter but I included offer letters, experience letters, pay slips and tax forms. Would it be okay?
2.) Regarding Client Information is this letter required? To explain why you are good fit for the job and why you won't over stay your visa?
I didn't include Client information letter would it cause delay or anything?

Does anyone know where my application will end up being processed? US or Pakistan?

Reasons for Applying Work Permit

I have been engaged in the workplace for the past 7 years during which

Designed and created softwares to serve different business needs
Led teams of software developers
Managed software projects from design to completion

The most important reason for applying for a work permit is to help my current employer by building and maintaining software and acquiring Canadian professional experience.

Sponsor/ Funding

Having worked for 7 years I have been able to build up funds and I have been offered xxx Canadian Sollar Salary. Both put together is more than enough for my stay in Canada for two years along with my wife and 3 children.

My Future Plans
