Hi I applied for work permit from India. I have my PR file in process in Canada on the basis of BC PNP. My work permit got expired so I applied for the extension from India. Now I am asked to submit 2 extra documents from my employer.
1) Proof of registration or licensing to determine if the employer is active in business
2)Proof of compliance with federal, provincial, or territorial employment legislation, such as minimum wage
For the first point I guess they are asking for copy of business license.
I am not sure as to what documents I have to submit in the second point. If anyone has any idea can you please help me out by listing the name of documents so I can submit it within 30 days deadline. Thanks
