Work Permit Application form help under Refugee Claimant

Hello Everyone,
My sincere gratitude in advance for assisting me on this regard, I have made in-land Refugee Claim, and waiting for my hearing on May, 2018. Refugee Referral Board has my passport and also it's expired. I did the questionnaire and got the reference number to apply for Open work permit. I did my medical too. When I try to validate it's indicating expiry date should be higher than today's date. Can anyone help me on this. Thank you so much for taking your time to assist me.

Been through this many times. You cannot do an online application because of your expired passport. You must mail it in.

Thank you so much , do you know where to mail them or link to the address and details thanks. Also can I print without validating barcode or should fill in hand writing.
