Work permit application for a refugee claimant inside canada.

Hello,

I'm a protected person/ convention refugee inside Canada. I have got my refugee claimant paper a month before and I finalized my medical examination last week. Now, I find out that i'm eligible to apply for an open work permit. As a result, i filled the IMM 5710 form and scanned all required documents but i'm unable to find the right link to apply for work permit and upload all my files online.

Can anyone help me how to apply online please?

Thank you for your immediate response. I go through the link and filled all the forms but all of the questions are for someone who is out of canada and applying for a work permit. I answered all the questions and got a text which says "
Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your application or profile.

This happened without upload any of my files.

It always directed me to "Express entry" page. Which is not applicable for my situation.
