You can complete your requirement on line even if you don't pay yet you can already upload it, but the processing will start once you pay the fee they require on line. Then they required me to give additional papers such as the police clearance and NBI. Then after a week they sent me a request for medical exam. And until then they did not reply it was probably due to the strike they are having. So all of us needs to wait until the strikes over.
