Hi All,

FYI...Last week i ask the Embassy AUH to borrow my Original Passport for my Annual Vacation leave, after 3 days i received my passport w/ File control number, so it means that my application still on process...today is my 153days of awaiting. Let's keep on praying for all our visa will be approved.

hi! actually i am new in this forum and i am really amaze s thread mo. Just like you I am a filipina who's aspiring to be in Canada. I have submitted all my documents s Canadian EMbassy AUH last March 16, 2013 and got confirmation yesterday that they received it.
Actually medyo kabado ako kc i did not submit a copy of my Diploma kc ung Diploma ko ala na. Na wash out cya ng Ondoy(bagyo). I just asked my previous High School for a Certificate of Completion and a transcript of record. Wud that affect my application? (School Credentials)..
Sa Manitoba destination ko as a Server, my sister look for an employer last year and I got my LMO (which expires on March 26, 2013) last January 1, 2013 but actually ung Employment Contract n pinadala s akin is dated November 15, 2012.

@ galuramarvin, paano nila haharangin yun??? Sa Police Station ka ba nagtatrabaho??? Unless merong isinampang kaso sayo yung company mo...... Advise namin sayo wag ka muna kumuha ng Police Clearance kasi mabilis lang mag expire yun..... Tapusin mo muna lahat ng ibang requirements mo, ihuli mo na yun, mabilis lang naman makuha yun (2-3 days)...... Tsaka kung sa tingin mo hindi makikipag cooperate yung employer mo for Canada Application, pwede ka naman magdahilan na kailangan mo for loan application or whatever purpose sa Pinas yun.... Hindi mo naman kailangan ng consent ng employer mo para mag apply ng Police Clearance, ang alam ko passport copy, visa copy at picture lang..... Kung kinausap at kinontak mo si Maling maraming tanong mo ang masasagot nya..... Hayssss....

Hi folks,

I have submitted application to ADVO on 12 Feb 2013, and they have also encashed draft on 8-Mar-2013. Any idea how I can get the status of my application? is there any way to track it?

Nagtanong na ko kay Maling about sa police clearance before I posted here.at sabi nya need ng letter from my present employer or sponsor to get a ploice clearance dhil gnun din ginawa nya.So if I will ask them a letter for me to get police clearance malalaman nila.And hindi pwede sabhin na sa loan dhil ang layo na dhilan nuon para sa loan sa pinas.

@galuramarvin, if that's the case then your fate is entirely in the hands of your employer. O kaya naman pwede mo subukan muna humingi ng letter from your sponsor then pag ayaw the best you can do, try mo mismo pumunta sa Police Station, ipakita mo yung mga evidence mo na sinubukan mo humingi ng letter from sponsor pero ayaw nilang mag cooperate, MAYBE they will reconsider, kasi hindi naman logical kung gagawin ng employer yun kung wala ka namang ginawang masama sa company ninyo at likas na masama lang ugali nila (alam ko maraming ganitong amo), just hope na makatao yung mga pulis ng Oman. Again, walang assurance yan.......

Pwede din naman wag ka muna mag submit sa Canada Embassy, pag nag passport request ka na, saka nila hihingiin yang Police Clearance before nila i-stamp ang visa mo sa passport, then isabay mo na sa pag resign yung paghingi ng letter from sponsor for Police Clearance. Kung mas safe ka na ganito ang gagawin mo, mas ok siguro. But then, wala pa ring assurance na bibigyan ka ng letter for Police Clearance ng sponsor mo after resignation mo po.......

Complete your application first, set this issue aside muna, best choice mo is to submit Police Clearance kasabay na ng Passport Request kung ayaw mong malaman ng employer mo agad yung apply mo sa Canada.
