Hi there!

What do you mean, you are holding tourist visa now? are you employed before? coz in my case i was canceled from my employer and i dont want to apply new job here. so I was forced to exit due to over staying here in UAE. when i came back im holding tourist visa while waiting my canada visa. few days after got my result at it was APPROVED!

im emploed for 4 years her in uae before and i came as visit visa.. im worried until may 16 is the deadline to send my passport and police clearnce? how long the embassy will kept the passport?

Honestly, i dont have much idea. You came from the Philippines and arrived here with visit visa? I suggest dont submit your passport together your application. better to wait their request when they need it. like my experienced i submitted my application with passport and it took 4 month plus of waiting for the result. My residence visa here in UAE got expired. so I decided to pull out and have cancelled from my employer. I went exit to Kish and came back with tourist visa. So in my case it wont affect coz my application is almost done that time.

I see. so your application now is on process and they request your passport and police clearance. if u have it both now, better to go straight to Embassy and submit by yourself. coz normally you will submit that in the morning and you will get it in the afternoon. Can i have you timeline please...

they sent me an email already last april 17 and i am in the philippines. i just arrive in may 2. so until now my gurdian is changing into an employment or residence visa. so im waiting till 14 to finish and submit the documents.

I don't receive a letter from the Embassy requesting my passport. I received a letter requesting additional document which ORIGINAL NBI.
They just advise me to send back my passport immediately the time I pulled it out. So, it's a WORDS came from her mouth the lady in counter 7.
And the Filipino security assured me that it's VISA APPROVED! Im so blessed and thankful for the overflowing blessings. I strongly believe
that all of us will get Visa Approved in God's perfect time. Keep on believing and have a strong faith in GOD! With HIM everything is POSSIBLE!
