My complete timeline:

12 Mar 2013 - PASSPORT RECEIVED with the VISA
10 Mar 2013 - VISA ISSUED
07 Mar 2013 - Received by Embassy as per the DHL Tracking
06 Mar 2013 - Submitted the additional Documents including the Passport
27 Feb 2013 - Received an email requesting for additional Documents (PCC, Updated Certificate of Employment)
12 Dec 2012 - submitted WP application personally at the Abu Dhabi Embassy (NOC 0114)
10 Dec 2012 - Docs completed.

Destination is TORONTO. All the best to all.

YUNG TOR and DIPLOMA lng. There was no Birth Certificate requirement.
You just have to follow what is written on the checklist. There were original papers required too.

YUNG TOR and DIPLOMA lng. There was no Birth Certificate requirement.

Since I am based in AUH, I submitted PCC from UAE and Philippines (Green NBI).
I requested to waive the PCC from Saudi as the process is very long but I supported my request with the Saudi Final Exit Visa and the Saudi Exit Stamp.

If you are concern about the time to process then I suggest you start the PCC process now.
