Work permit and Visitor Record

I have valid work permit till March 26,2024, but applied for visitor record and got approved in feb 13 ,2024. Am I eligible to work now , will it affect my work permit in any way, do I have to do anything to keep working until march 26 without any issues.
can i keep both visitor record and work permit at the same time and work now?

No. Call IRCC and confirm if you want. A visitor record has nothing to do with your work permit. Why did you even apply for one if you have a valid work permit for another month.

You can still work until work permit expires. Not sure why you applied for a visitor record. Once your permit expires, then you have status as a visitor until it says you must leave.
