My visa will expire on September 2016, while my permit will expire on Sept 2017. When I came here, the officer at the airport told me to renew my visa. But then I was confused because he put a stamp on my passport, there's a word "visa" and date of my arrival sept 2015, then at the bottom he wrote sept 2017.. Is that my new visa expiration date? Can anyone explain it to me? thanks.
