Work permit and visa expired with approved lmia

Hi everyone! Please help, my work permit and visa are expired february 11, 2019 i applied for visa february 10,2019. Lmia approved march 5,2019 what is the best option to apply for workpermit? Thanks in advance!

Not clear, what visa did you apply for? What work permit did you have before it expired? It seems you no longer have valid status.

You need to let them know that you've got positive lmia otherwise your visa will be rejected. Since you applied for a new visa before the previous one expired, you're in implied status until a decision is made.

Im on work permit before and i applied for visitor visa or visitor record, im on implied status right now
