Work permit and current job question

Hello,

I have an open work permit as a post graduate . In my CIC entry profile, there is this question in the intention to work in Canada section:

Is Tom's job offer from the employer named on the current work permit - Yes Or NO.

which SHOULD I PICK to get appropriate points BECAUSE MY WORK PERMIT IS OPEN AND DOES NOT HAVE MY EMPLOYER'S NAME ON IT.
