Work permit after refused of PGWP

Hi. Please help me. I don't know what to do. Six month ago i was in Canada. I graduated frim Canadian college for Health Care Assistant. Government refused me for PGWP because my college was privet. Now i am out side of Canada. I founf emplyer. My employer got LMIA. Do i need of two years experience to apply for work permit? And for what specific program do i need apply for? And for what types of work permit do i need apply for?

Lmia dont need any exp. If its approve if not than needed exper.

But what type of program should i apply for? What type of work permit? All the worek permit wich i saw are required for two years of experience ... if i will not provide this document i can't send online my application.
