He does not need PAL as his application was approved before Jan 22,2024. He paid tuition in full. But if anyone here knows about process or have done that, getting admission in a BC, attending online course but staying in another province let me know pros and cons. I have no clue on if study permits are provincial or not. How you manage healthcare if not residing in BC. And do you get Job in another province??
Health care is based on residency. He needs to live in BC to be eligible for BC healthcare. If living and working in another province, then he may be eligible for that provincial healthcare. To get a healthcard, he shows proof through lease etc.
