Seriously?? No, of course he can't apply for a work permit in your name...

Is there any way to extant my stay after PGWP other than applying for study permit (if I want to go back to school) ??? Thanks

If you want to continue working, you need a job offer from an employer with a positive LMIA.

Like paying $1000 to support my work permit and lmia ?

Also can u tell me how do I know if I am high wages or low wages ? I have read about Lmia in cic however, I couldn't fully understand it. Thanks mate

It's not just about the $1K. Your employer needs to advertise the job for at least one full month to prove no Canadian could be found for the role. This advertising needs to be in several different places to meet the requirements of the LMIA program. The employer needs to complete the advertising requirements BEFORE the LMIA application can even be submitted. Once the LMIA application is submitted, processing can often take 2-4 months.

To figure out if you are high wage or low wage - you need to tell us what job you're working under (what NOC code) and what your salary is at this time.
