After 1 year of course in Canada , can i get a white collar job or do i need LMIA( Labour Market impact Assessment ) to work?

From the people I have spoken to, no. If employers are hiring PGWP students they want to see 3 years not 1 year.

PGWP is an open work permit so you dont need anything else to be legally employed. If someone will actually hire you depends on a lot of other factors.

Hi, My sister came to Canada this year as an international student. She is studying at Canada College Montreal, Quebec and she took the Early Child Care Education Diploma Program which is 1260 hours including internships, so my question is after completion of her study with 1260 hours from Quebec does she will get 3 years of work permit.
