work pemit time line after got nomination

my question is that in next couple of weeks.. may be i got my nomination certificate from snip 8)

after receiving nomination i wanna apply for work permit as cook ,, from Melbourne Australia
i have full time job offer from Canadian employer

can any one tell how long it take to got work permit ,,,, means how many months or week s
pl z answer , thanxx
