I’m about to travel Canada with my spouse as we got our visa. I have one thing to clarify. Would we be able to work one month prior to the study program?

I’m about to travel Canada with my spouse as we got our visa. I have one thing to clarify. Would we be able to work one month prior to the study program?

The person on the study permit definitely cannot work. The person on the study permit can only start working once classes start. Any work ahead of that will be classified as illegal work.

I'm not sure about the spouse. Wait for others to comment.
