hi , my name is tamanna i am from Jalandhar i have passed out my 12th this year and i have done makeup course from ICS ( international cosmetology school) this institute is affiliated to CIBTAC . I have a question that am I eligible to get work in Canada on bases of this CIBTAC certificate ? Is this certificate will be valid in Canada?

You may want to look for advanced courses in your field in Canada. Apply for study permit , study, work part time and gather some experience.
For my part time work while studying in canada i can go in this field like CIBTAC will be valid for work ?

I do not think just having any certificate is going to help you find a job. Also this might need a license.
