Work in Canada Based on Indian Degree

Hii,

I have done B.sc from India(Bachelor of Science).Subjects were Maths,Physics and Chemistry with 57%.
Is my B.Sc equivalent to Canadian Bachelors.Currently I am in US perusing my training in Food Safety.Soon planning to move to Canada.I would prefer to work there based on my US training.But I am skeptical whether they would recognize my Bachelor degree or not .Do I need to apply for Masters in Canada?

My husband is coming to canada in november first week. His education is MBA in logistics from India. Where he can apply for job in Alberta Canada. He is working as a branch manager in a logistics company in India. Please advice.
