now what I am doing is I work with NOC B code with 30 hours weekly (full time)

But due to company's situation, I might work less than 30 hours weekly for few times.

If this happens, does the weeks that I worked for less than 30 hours considered as part time and will count only half the time of my actual work? (works for lets say 50 hours, counts only 25 hours) ?

Depends on what your experience letter says. If it says you have worked 30 hrs a week or if it mensions you hold a 'full -time' job it will be sufficient. You then don't have to worry about certain days where you worked less than 30 hrs.

Can you please explain a little bit more about the 'experience letter' is? is it something that I ask for my employer to write about my work hours and other information?

Yes, you need to get a letter from your employer which includes details like
- start date of employment
- number of hours worked ( or mention that it is a full-time job)
- list of roles and responsibilities
- salary

This needs to be submitted after ITA to claim points for work experience.

will the government not compare the number of hours worked and pay stub (that I heard I have to submit)
and say, oh this person did not work for a year (1560 hours) and reject me or anything?

See pay stubs and work hours don't always have to match, people take half days, people take sick leaves, they go on week long vacation and so on. So don't worry so much about details. Make sure that on paper it is clearly mentioned that you held a full time position that required you to work 30 hrs a week.

does that mean If company gives me 50 hours for the rest of the year for me, and write a work experience letter saying that I worked for full-time, they will still confirm with my application?

50 hrs a week?

Let me clarify. Is your job full-time job that requires you to work 30 hrs a week? Does your employer pay you monthly as a full-time employee? Is it a fixed monthly income irrespective of how many hours you work? Will your experience letter say you have worked 30 hrs per week and you are a fulltfull employee? If the answer to all of the above questions is yes, then you can show it as full-time job.

If you get paid on hourly basis, and if you get paid less in some months and more in other months depending on the number of hours you worked, then you need to prove that your worked for a total of 1560 hrs.

Here is some answers to your questions.
Is your job full-time job that requires you to work 30 hrs a week? -Yes
Does your employer pay you monthly as a full-time employee?- No. they pay me bi-weekly.
Is it a fixed monthly income irrespective of how many hours you work? -No
If you get paid on hourly basis, and if you get paid less in some months and more in other months depending on the number of hours you worked -Yes(I believe, since I was scheduled for 60 hours till now and I have no idea how my employer is going to arrange this)
Will your experience letter say you have worked 30 hrs per week and you are a fulltfull employee? -Yes (I believe)

Ok, so although you are a full-time employee, you get paid on the hourly basis. So I would say you need to show that you have worked for atleast 1560 hrs to claim points for 1 yr of experience. If you want to get points for 3 yrs then you have to show 4680 hrs of work experience.

and I guess that comes back to my original question. how would I count the weeks that I worked less than 30 hours? is it halved or not?

So yes count 50 hrs as 25 per week. But it won't matter that its less than 30 hrs, as long as your total hours are equal to or more than 1560 hours.

And when you get letter of experience make sure your employer mentions the total number of hours.
