Work History with same NOC but different job titles - Experience Letter

Hi ,

i have some confusion regarding work history in my express entry profile. I had 3 different job titles with same NOC (2173) from 2012 to 2016. But i have updated my work history with only latest title (Systems Engineer) for the whole 4 yrs.

Do i need to update with different titles and do my experience letter need to support all this titles separately?

My employer doesn't provide any experience letters. All i can get, is the offer letter with my first job title and paystubs of the month when i got the promotions.(Paystubs will have the job title). I can get a reference letter from my manager on a plain paper stating my roles for all three job titles.

Looking for some help. Thanks in advance.

It is ok if u mentioning the current designation now but u reference letter should show all the titles u held and the remuneration u earned.

A letter from manager holds good accompained with a LOE. chk this link

Thanks for your help!! but wouldn't it be a problem if i give a job role in my reference letter that is not mentioned in the work history. Also my offer letter clearly mentions my first job title(Assisstant Systems Engineer - Trainee). Since this is one of the document that needs to be submitted, i was wondering if it could create a problem if i haven't mentioned it in my express entry profile work history.
