Work History vs Personal History vs Resume

Hello everyone,

I understand from going through different threads that you only need to enter the work experience that you are claiming points for in the 'Work History' section of the Post-ITA application, and you can enter all other work experiences in the 'Personal History' section (and that you do not need supporting documents for these).

My question is: If I do the above, should my resume match the 'Work History' section or the 'Personal History' section?

What does it mean to ask if your resume should match your work history or your personal history? And who's asking for your resume?
