Guys, in express entry profile do I fill multiple positions for same employer under multiple entries in work history? (Junior, senior, head of section)

If yes, and when I receive ita, will I have to provide 3 separate documents for each one? (Reference letters, promotion papers, etc ...) or can I have one reference letter and upload it to the 3 (if 3 are required)

Just list latest unless you changed country.

So for me, I listed my current Canadian employer with a reference letter ... and despite working for the same company in the UK had to get a separate reference letter.
My Canadian letter included that I had transferred.

I was personally never asked for any details of promotions and role changes. And I changed title at least 5 times, even the department name changed about 3 times.

Edit - My resume details all promotions with rough (month, not day) dates.

My latest title happened 3 months ago, I have no idea what the company will put. I think i will have to ask them for 3 or 1 depending on what you people tell me.

Any other suggestions? Noone else with the same situation? Do they ask for separate reference letter for each entry I put in the EE profile?

CIC is looking for whether you are working or will work with the NOC that you are claiming in the application and that relates to your past experiences. If you are a Junior, Senior in the same profession doesn't make any big differences if you submit them separately. It is better to have one reference letter per company that states about what you do in that company. This way you can avoid confusion.

So despite being the same company my letters varied greatly.

The Canada one was over 2 pages long and just listed my current salary and position. The UK one I had issues getting but it listed my final salary and position. They also put my four previous roles in a table without any dates. It even said at the top that it's not their policy to give detailed references; all they'll do is confirm someone worked there (and yes, I left on excellent terms)

does the system post ita ask you for separate letters for each position mentioned in your profile?

While selecting the NOC, the duties and responsibilities mentioned in the NOC should be a close match with the actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you at the respective job. You need not match the duties and responsibilities word by word, but the idea is to have the closest match in terms of the spirit of the duties and responsibilities.

Also, NOC should be selected on the basis of the match of actual duties and responsibilities carried out by you rather than the designation match in the NOC list. If you are not sure of your NOC, write to NC-NOC-CNP-GD@hrsdc-rhdcc.gc.ca with your duties and responsibilities, they will help you find the closest fit.

Could you share how you approached this, I am in the same situation now.
I need to submit the documents before 30-August-2017

If you have same NOC for all designations in the same company in same country, just create only one entry in EE profile with latest designation that you worked for the entire period. Just make sure that your reference letter has all designations that you held.

One entry for each country with last held designation in respective country. One letter covering the entire period is sufficient for both countries. Just add an explanation on the first page of reference letter PDF stating that entire experience was with one company, and you have only one letter for all countries that you worked with that company.
