Hi Guys, need some help with the reference letter.
I have around 4-5 years of work experience and have the following questions and hope you can help!
1. Out of the total work experience, I have around 1 year and 10 months with one employer under multiple designations. I don't require this for my desired NOC - primary occupation. Do i need to include this in the EE profile submission? Moreover, the company has shut its business in India and it'll be hard to get an experience letter. I do have all the other official documents but none that can sufficiently substantiate the roles and responsibilities. So I'm thinking it might be best to leave it at the Personal History section post receiving ITA? Is my understanding correct?
2. The remaining work experience of about 4 years is with another employer under multiple designations. I plan to use this, but for the sake of clarity I need help with this.
I have five designations as:
a) Deputy Manager - C - 5-6 months
b) Deputy Manager - BA - 10 months
c) Manager - BA - 2 years
d) Senior Manager - BA - 8 months
e) Senior Manager - O 2 months
My NOC is relevant only to the Business Analysis job duties - My roles and responsibilities for that duration are aligned with the NOC requirements. The first and last one may differ slightly and I don't want to take chances.
Is it okay for me to show only jobs b, c and d only in the Work History section and include the rest including that from point 1 in only the Personal History after receiving ITA? Please correct my understanding. My worry was that since these jobs are with 1 employer only and that too the current one, can 1 show one part of the jobs with 1 employer or have to show all even if they don't match my NOC. My reference letter from employer will anyway show all but the NOC wouldn't apply to a and e similar to b, c and d.
Further, I am planning to get one reference letter, which will include all my designations and roles and responsibilities will be provided for each separately in one letter only along with other required details. Also, the roles and responsibilties for b, c and d where the same, it was only a promotion and so they would be clubbed in the reference letter, is that ok?
