Work History (CRS points vs personal confusion)

Hi Guys,

I am creating my Express Entry profile and had a question with regards to the Work History section. I am really worried to misrepresent any section of my work history so wanted to absolutely sure before I submit my EE profile. I have worked for 5 Employers and my work history can be broadly classified into 2 NOCs (lets say NOC1 and NOC2). Details of each my work history is listed below.

Job 1.. NOC1.. Country United States.. duration 1 year 4 months.. The letter from the Employer (on the official letterhead) has job duties listed that satisfactorily match with NOC1.. This company is a startup in the US (having a web presence).. I do not have an appointment letter.. I have last few pay stubs (initially I was paid via cheque and was not provided a paystub)..

Job 2.. NOC2.. Country India.. duration 1 year 1 month.. The letter from the Employer (on the official letterhead) has job duties listed that match 10/20 percent with NOC2.. This company is a major MNC.. I do have an appointment letter / relieving letter / paystubs and every other detail..

Job 2.. NOC2.. Country India.. duration 1 year 4 months.. The letter from my Manager has job duties listed that satisfactorily match with NOC2.. This company is a major MNC.. I do have an appointment letter / relieving letter / paystubs and every other detail..

Job 4.. NOC2.. Country India.. duration 10 months.. The letter from the Employer (on the official letterhead) has job duties listed that match 10/20 percent with NOC2.. This company is a major MNC.. I do have an appointment letter / relieving letter / paystubs and every other detail..

Job 5.. NOC2.. Country India.. duration 1 year 1 month.. The letter from the Employer (on the official letterhead) has job duties listed that match 30/40 percent with NOC2.. This company is a major MNC.. I do have an appointment letter / relieving letter / paystubs and every other detail..

I need to somehow muster 3 years of experience from the above work history for which I can claim CRS points.. I am really worried of misrepresentation..

Also, I wanted to know, when CIC asks for 3 years or more.. is it checked to number of days or there is some approximation?

Few important things to note while selecting NOC code
1. Roles and responsibilities should match more than atleast 60-70% with NOC Code ( 10-20%is not enough)
2. On your ref letter it should be clearly mentioned that your work ex. Was full time and how many hours per week you have worked there ( usually it is 40hr /week)
3. Choose proper NOC code so that your roles matches with roles mentioned for that NOC on CIC website.
4. Joining letter, relieving letter and pay stubs are supporting docs. Most important is getting ref letter from company. In case you are unable to get it from company, ask any of your ex colleague to give on a plain paper and get it notarised. Format of the same is available on this one of the threads of this forum
5. All your work ex should be in last 10 years. Prima facie it looks you have more than 3 yrs work ex.

Matching my NOC 60/70 % would be very difficult as it spans across departments in major investment banks.

I have this

As mentioned in point 1.. max I could match is 50%..

Most of my colleagues have left the companies I have worked for.. Majorly worked in small teams..

5. All your work ex should be in last 10 years. Prima facie it looks you have more than 3 yrs work ex.
Yes they are all within last 10 years.

Can you please asses my individual case.. I have read other forums other generic guidelines to no avail. I really appreciate your time.

Also, Please note that I have all the letters from the respective employers already with me.
