Hello guys,

I need a help with my immigration situation.I applied for BCPNP in May 2020. Below is the one year work experience I mentioned in EE and PNP profile before submitting BC PNP.

10 months-current employer
2 months -previous employer

I accepted PNP nomination on 8th of July. By this time I had completed one year with my current employer .My previous employer is not willing to provide me a reference letter . I am sure I will receive ITA in next draw for express entry pnp stream. Should I delete 2 months of experience (old employer) from my EE profile as I have one year of experience with current employer or I need to have it in the file as I entered that information in BC PNP? She isn't going to provide me reference letter as I left that job on bad terms.

Please suggest.

If you have a year with your current employer the 2 months with your previous employer is useless to you and needn't appear on your EE work experience section. If it does, you will need a work experience letter and not having one could cost you your PR.
The fact that you entered it on your PNP profile is not relevant because anything that doesn't contribute to your eligibility or CRS is excess baggage.

@thevisawhisperer Thank you very much for your reply. I know extra information is unnecessary in the express entry. However, when I applied for EE-BCNP two months ago. I became eligible for one year experience by adding those 2 months of previous employer experience. The same information was in express entry profile. It is that now I have one year of experience from current employer.I only had ten months of experience with current employer when I created the file and applied for BC-PNP. I heard that visa officer will match my information with the information I provided in PNP file. If that's the case then they can ask me the reason of omitting that important detail. Isn't it?
