Does it count as work experience if you are studying full time but working full-time as well, as a consultant and getting paid as well? Mind you, the work is online and paystubs and work done during that time is available as a proof. In addition, employer will generate the letter of working as a full time employee and proof of salary as well.

Not clear enough, are we talking Canadian or foreign work experience?

If it's Canadian it would not count.

My Apologies. Its foreign work experience. Employer will generate the experience mentioning the number of hours worked along with the salary, job description and what was done.

Then yes, you can count it as long as it is skilled work experience NOC 0/A/B.

If this is your only foreign work experience then it would also have to be continuous full-time work (or its comparable in part-time) for at least one year.
