Misrepresenting your work history could lead to a refusal plus you would over be able to count time working for future applications. Very bad idea.

If the application asks about your experience, you must disclose it. If the experience is not genuine, then it's fraud. Here's what IRCC expects:

And just so you know failure of above can result in a 1 or 5 year ban from Canada. Also, as @canuck78 said, you won't be able to introduce it in future so you'll have to maintain it through all your future applications.

That said, it's your decision what you disclose or don't disclose and it's between you and IRCC. Good luck.
