I worked for more than eight years with three employers. When I created my profile, I mentioned all my experiences. My question is once I get the ITA, it is necessary to provide the experience reference letter from each employer or it is sufficient to provide once where I work for around four years (more than three years)?

No need to provide all. You can move the rest to personal history and use only one with 3+ years experience.

Thanks for your kind response. Much appreciated it. one more question, it is necessary the duties for specific NOC must be all in the experience letter. for instance, if 50% of that duties in the NOC in the website was in the experience letter, is that ok ?

Your duties must match the NOC 70-80% not 50%.
