Dear fellows,

I have a concern regarding my work history,

I have worked in the same NOC throughout the following periods:
Jan 2010 - Aug 2010 (8 months)
Jan 2012 - July 2012 (6 months)
Jan 2013 - Dec 2014 (2 years)

Do I fulfill the 3 years of work experience, I have met the one year of continuous work, but it came after periods of intermittent work

Thanks in advance,

Yes ,you can claim 3 years of work experience.
As per Op6 federal skilled worker Booklet you can add experience even if there is a gap
Exact statement is -
"
Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years"

Didn't know about this booklet, it is indeed a valuable resource, thanks a million.
It didn't mention anything about having a continuous year in the beginning as a must, which is good ...
Any guys with real-life experience of a similar situation?
