In the last 10 years, how many total years of foreign skilled work experience do you have?
It is stated in the question. Work experience must be in the last 10 years.

Hii.

Iam having a pg diploma in the same year of work experience.

Does my experience counts???

Please clarify.

Thanks in advance.
Where did you have your work experience? and when?
Any work experience during the time you attend school in Canada will not be considered.

Yes, my work experience is in NOC-B.
You mean that both my PG diploma and work experience gets counted ???
I not yet fully understand your situation.
Did you get your PG diploma and work experience at the same time in your home country outside of Canada?

I believe you can claim this work experience as foreign work experience outside Canada. As long as you have all supporting documents and proof of that work experience (employment confirmation letter from employer, pay stubs,...).

Yes, I do have all the documents required and I have maintained the minimum attendance for the Pg diploma course so as to maintain balance between work and course.

Thanks alot for giving reply.

Greetings all.

I need your guidance about work experience. I am a graduate from USA but working in a Government financial institution in Pakistan. As per the rules of my organization, the letter for job duties is issued by my departmental head whereas letter for salary details and employment tenure is issued by HR department. Since this is a government institution that I am working for, I cannot do much about changing the rules.

My question is that is it really a rigid rule to have all your job duties and salary etc on one letter from your organization or two letters will work for me ?

I shall be thankful if you assist me.

Best regards,

My opinion is two letters will work for you, and an explanation letter will help you explain this.

Two letters and an LoE should work.

You need to prove that you have the work experience you say you have, and if that's in two letters, that's fine.

Many thanks for your reply.

I also have one more question. Since I am a Government employee, our passports have "Government employee" mentioned in employment status.

Once I get selected for Canadian immigration, I will resign and I will be issued a new passport. So if I have the Canadian immigration visa on my Government employee status passport but after resigning I have a new passport, then do I have to get a new visa or do I have to carry both passports and will that work that way ?

Looking forward to your assistance.

Regards.
