You need work letters for every experience for which you claimed points. No way around that. You'll have to find a way to convince your employer if you want your application to go smoothly.

If you absolutely can't, you'll have to provide other documents to prove your experience. Duties are an absolute must somewhere in them. You can provide :
-Offer letter mentioning duties
-Contract
-Pay Slips
-List of duties signed by closest colleague (if you can't by HR or supervisor)
-Examples of your work related to your NOC
-Letter of the explanation as to why you cannot provide proper work letter.

Note that this is by no means an official list to be used as a replacement for the proper work reference letter. Do expect your application to be forwarded for additional review and cause delays.

Do your absolute best to get the work letter if you want your application to go smoothly.

I am in the same boat but i am on the 7th month of my work permit

Please help me to get out of this situation, i am on pgwp here in Canada

I got ny pgwp in august 2018 and i started working full time from the first day of my work permit with the same employer

Initially i used to work with the same employer when i was a student here, wt that time i did part time work and then after approval of my work permit i talked with my employer that i need to get skilled work experience to be qualify for PR through express entry program

In august 2018 he said i will support you and will provide experience under NOC B (retail store supervisor), first you need to work 3 months as on probation period and then after 12 months or in November 2019 i will give you an experience letter for supervisor

But, now he is telling me that i have to work until july 2020 for an experience lettter and he cannot provide me a job letter in November

So, should i change my employer and wait for july 2020 or i find a new employer who will give an experience under NOC B after one year

I am so confused

If you change employer, you have no guarantee that the new employer will actually give you any reference at all after one year. Risky move.
Stick with your current employer, be cooperative, and negotiate your way through.

Yeah but i have other employer who is ready to start my actual experience from april (next month) and provide a letter of experience after exact 12 months but the thing is it cost some money, should i move or not

If i change my current employer so that means i wasted my last 8 months even though i worked full time or any other option left for me?
