hello everyone
need ur sincere advice

i am in govt sector. my current designation is staff nurse but i am working in govt college of nursing on the vacant post of nursing tutor .
my department will give me experience on the name of staff nurse not nursing tutor though my job responsibilities are of nursing tutor
moreover i have filled the code of tutor and got ITA also
so kindly advice me what should i do
can i attach notarized explanation letter that i am working on the vacant post of nursing tutor

Does the reference letter mention tutoring as one of your duties?

How come you didn't choose the NOC code for nurses and in stead chose the NOC code for tutors?

since i am teaching in nursing college , so my job responsibilities are that of a tutor not a staff nurse
thats why i chosen noc for tutors

I understand.

The title of the NOC you find does not need to match the title you have at work. There were no NOC that had the same title as the title I had at work. Instead, I only matched my duties with the duties mentioned in the NOC that I chose. About 70% of the duties described in my NOC, matched with the duties I have at work. And my application was approved.
So as long your duties match the duties in the NOC you are good to go.
