Hi friends,

I just received my 1st AOR and I am about to send full docs to VO but I am in doubt about work experience points. please help me.

I applied under 0213 and I need to get all 21 points of work experience. I know, to get 21 points I should provide 4 years of work experience or more.

My questions:

• 
  1. Is it necessary to provide all 4 years under 0213 or it can be one year for 0213 (software development manager) and 3 years for another NOC like 2174 (software developer)?
  I mean, Do I have to provide 4 years of experience under the main NOC to get complete 21 points?
  
• 
  2. In Schedule 3 forms, I had listed several occupations with different NOCs during the last 10 years. Do I have to provide reference letter from all employers or just the last one (with 5 years of 0213 and 2174) is enough?

1. From my experience, you need to provide at least 1 year in 0213. And other 3 years can be in another NOC.
So you'll get 21 points for 1+3 years.

2. You have to provide reference letter from all your employers. If you can't, write an explanation page why not.
